I am currently working in the Wayne State University studio. I am focusing on an advanced investigation creating ceramic sculptures that represent a theme of nurturing and growth. This theme includes hand built ceramic sculptures with graphical surface designs. I am also interested in patterns and multiples and the narrative that can be represented with an installation of sculptures that create a pattern. My recurring theme of multiples represent the events in life that repeat. Though they can often present in a slightly different time or experience, life events repeat.
